HOW TO USE :
1. Clean nails and push back cuticles while trimming the nail surface as part of the standard manicure process. 2. Apply a base coat and cure under LED/UV light. 3. Apply the cat eye polish in a thin layer, then cure under LED light for 30-60 seconds or UV light for 90-120 seconds. 4. Apply a second layer of cat eye polish (DO NOT CURE), place the magnet over the nails for 8-10 seconds to achieve the cat eye effect, then cure under LED/UV light. 5.
